It is planned for the next game server (that should be released in September) some adjustments:
Building a Planetary Shield and Planetary Ring will cost 75% on Moons, and 50% on Asteroids.
Suggested several times, mainly to nerf Asteroids as this is one of the main complains in v3.0
Bases with Jump Gates will not be protected by newbies rules.
To prevent players stay under level 30 to provide invulnerable JG to the guild.
Recyclers being able to jump one galaxy (distance 200) without Jump Gate.
There was always the suggestion to make Recyclers with Warp Drive. Making them able to just jump the 200 distance make them a bit more maneuverable but still easy to recall trap them. Probably adding some new strategies and more action to the game.
Commands after level 8 can only be trained with XP.
This is to make XP points more useful and add more action to the game.
The changes can still be adjusted. Feedback and suggestions are appreciated.

New feature:
Economic structures will have a cool-down on downgrading. After downgrading it is needed to wait 1 minute per economy point it gives to be able to downgrade again other economic structure (e.g.: Economic Center, it will be 4 minutes).
This is to limit the number of economic structures players can downgrade at the last moment to avoid the attack. It still allows the "scorched earth" tactic but limits it to the time left.
